The Role

OMNY is seeking a hands-on Real World Data (RWD) Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our data solutions product line. You’re a seasoned thought-leader with healthcare experience, who will work cross-functionally across strategy, sales, customer success, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for developing and communicating product requirements, data quality, and functional designs, focusing on creating new products and services for customers, and ensuring timely enhancements to existing products. A successful candidate will have a proven record of defining, prioritizing, and executing product delivery aligned with the overall strategy and roadmap. You will also conduct market research, define products, develop go-to-market strategies, establish product partnerships, and support sales efforts, all in line with business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Data Products, you will help revolutionize healthcare as part of a world-class product organization.

Ideal candidates are market-driven and customer-focused product leaders, skilled at understanding how data solutions and platforms scale and generate revenue. Experience launching data-driven products, especially those powered by AI and machine learning, is preferred. This role is innovative, fast-paced, and data-driven.

In This Role You Will

Product Innovation

• Gather requirements from business units on differentiating real world data product offerings.
• Translate requirements and business objectives into actionable, prioritized deliverables with success metrics.
• Deepen understanding of industry problems and validate strategic direction based on OMNY’s unique value.

Roadmap Execution

• Prepare detailed requirements and functional designs supporting the product lifecycle.
• Develop frameworks for stakeholders to understand project status and decisions.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning aligned with strategic goals and KPIs.
• Partner with engineering to plan, scope, and execute the roadmap, managing KPIs and product success metrics.
• Prioritize new opportunities and backlog based on data-driven insights, and communicate effectively across teams.

Product Launch and Growth

• Communicate the value of products to customers and the business.
• Align product scope with distribution channels and market preferences.
• Incorporate customer and market feedback into iterative development cycles.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare data ecosystems, with knowledge of life sciences and revenue models.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data assets (EHR, claims, SDoH, labs, registries) and analytic applications.
• Proven results in B2B product management for data platforms or data-driven healthcare products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Results-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and uncover true customer needs.
• Strong communication skills for evangelizing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
