Qualifications

• Active RVT license in California.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital.
• Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep, and patient recovery.
• Strong phlebotomy, IV placement, and lab skills.
• Excellent communication and client education abilities.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and able to handle a high-energy clinical environment.
• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and procedures.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and collect labs.
• Monitor anesthesia and post-operative recovery.
• Conduct diagnostic imaging and in-house lab prep.
• Educate owners on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records with software.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
