Tyson Foods in Robards, KY is hiring for entry-level general labor. You will work 12-hour shifts, handle trailer and tanker traffic in receiving, and help maintain a safe work environment by following Tyson policies.
The role requires willingness to train, read invoices, and lift up to 70 pounds. Benefits include health, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off. This is an on-site position with potential for long-term employment.
Pay: $20.40 plus $2.00 attendance incentive
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & every other Wednesday 6AM to 6PM
This position is responsible for entry level skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
This position is accountable for coordinating trailer and tanker traffic in the receiving yard. Maintains log of product loads and reports trailer problems to supervisor and the truck shop, and any other duties assigned by Manager. Must have legible handwriting and computer experience preferred. This position must be a licensed driver, must be able and willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be able and willing to complete all required training for the job. This position will be exposed to possible hot or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc. Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork.
