# RVC Cocktail ServerHot JobRABBLE HK LLC - New York, NY 10036## OverviewSalary Range$17.00 - $17.00 HourlyPosition TypePart TimeCategoryRestaurant - Food Service## Cocktail Server**Position Summary**The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing a high-quality experience by taking drink orders, making recommendations and processing payments while ensuring that the guests’ needs are met.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures.* Ensures the timely delivery of all beverages to the guests.* Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company.* Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and alcohol awareness training standards.* Protects establishment, guests and employees by adhering to Department of Health and company sanitation standards.* Properly set up floor and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.* Performs opening, closing and side-work.* Reports all breakage or damage of equipment.* Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.* Updates knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.* Cleaning and clearing tables.* Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.* Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.* Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests while providing professional and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.* Greet and welcome guests by offering a drink menu and providing information on any beverage specialties.* Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue.
