Job summary

Rabble Hk Llc is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced venue. You will take drink orders, make recommendations, enter orders into the POS, and process payments while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

You will maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus, comply with state alcohol regulations, uphold sanitation standards, and support opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system and money handling procedures.
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Ensure timely delivery of beverages to guests.
• Learn and know the food and beverage menus and offerings.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state regulations and company policy.
• Maintain sanitation standards and cleanliness of all areas and stations.
• Perform opening, closing, and side-work as directed by management.
• Report equipment breakage or damage promptly.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in staff training.
• Greet guests, present drink menus, and explain beverage specials.
• Maintain professional appearance and accommodate guest needs throughout service.

Position SummaryThe Cocktail Server is responsible for providing a high-quality experience by taking drink orders, making recommendations and processing payments while ensuring that the guests’ needs are met.Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures.Ensures the timely delivery of all beverages to the guests.Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company.Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and alcohol awareness training standards.Protects establishment, guests and employees by adhering to Department of Health and company sanitation standards.Properly set up floor and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.Performs opening, closing and side-work.Reports all breakage or damage of equipment.Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.Updates knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.Cleaning and clearing tables.Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests while providing professional and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.Greet and welcome guests by offering a drink menu and providing information on any beverage specialties.Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue.
