Blue Compass RV is seeking a Technician Apprentice to learn RV maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance care. No engine work; great growth path toward Master Technician or Service Manager.

You'll work with experienced techs, track parts, and ensure quality; company offers paid training, certifications, benefits, and a supportive team in a fast-growing RV network.

Qualifications

• Some technician experience in auto, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, maintenance, or plumbing.
• Support service team technicians.
• Growth potential and ability to learn RV repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Team up with experienced techs and learn the ropes
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Repairing the trailer approved by customer, warranty or manufacturer
• Communicating with all departments when more information is needed or when problems arise
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards
• Stay organized with tools, parts, and materials
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Pick up parts and supplies when needed
