Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV Technician Apprentice to learn through hands-on training and guided experience. You’ll work with seasoned technicians, gaining skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance while tracking parts and repairs.

Qualifications

• Some technician experience in auto, carpentry, electrical, HVAC or plumbing.
• Trade school background or hands-on training preferred.
• Shows growth potential and ability to learn RV repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Team up with experienced techs and learn the ropes.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Repair trailer components as approved by customer, warranty or manufacturer.
• Communicate with departments when more information is needed.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards.
• Stay organized with tools, parts, and materials.
• Keep workspace clean and safe; pick up parts as needed.
