Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking an enthusiastic RV Technician Apprentice in Corpus Christi, TX to learn hands-on repair across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance systems. This role offers exposure to a wide range of RV systems and a pathway toward Master Technician or Service Manager.

You will work with experienced techs, gain practical skills, and participate in a comprehensive training program with paid certifications and benefits.

Qualifications

• Some Technician experience in Auto, Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Maintenance, Plumbing, or Trade School.
• Willing to learn RV repair techniques and grow within the company.
• Willing to run errands for parts or supplies.

Responsibilities

• Team up with experienced techs and learn the ropes
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Repairing the trailer approved by customer, warranty or manufacturer
• Communicate with all departments when more information is needed or when problems arise
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards
• Stay organized with tools, parts, and materials
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Pick up parts and supplies when needed

THE ROLE
