Responsibilities

• Performs repairs as outlined on Due Bills or WAFs per dealership and factory standards.
• Inspects vehicle for safety and service work needed for delivery.
• Examines vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Advises Delivery Manager immediately if extra work is needed or repairs cannot be made.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty.
• Road tests vehicle or refers to a test technician.
• Installs accessories as required.
• Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
• Supports new sale deliveries (Detail, Orientation, Sales).
• Adheres to LMRV/state safety regulations; maintains safe driving record.
• Reports safety issues to management.
• Keeps shop area and customer units neat and clean.
• Maintains dealership-owned tools and manuals; returns them in good condition.
• Follows federal/state/local regulations (hazardous waste disposal; OSHA).
• Operates tools safely and reports any issues promptly.
• Clock out for a 30-minute lunch break after 5+ hours work.
• No off-the-clock work.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Delivery Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or Sales Manager on duty.

We offer a lot of room to grow internally!LMRV is currently hiring for a Sales Technician for our growing team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:include, but are not limited to, the following:• Performs repairs as outlined on Due Bills or WAFs with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.• Inspects vehicle for safety and/or service work necessary for delivery.• Examines vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Advises Delivery Manager or Delivery Coordinator immediately if additional work is needed, or if repairs cannot be made.• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.• Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty.• Road tests vehicle when required or refers to test technician.• Installs accessories as required.• Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.• Assists all Departments supporting new sale deliveries (Detail, Orientation, Sales)• Must adhere to all LMRV and state speed limitations and safety regulations• Must maintain a safe driving record throughout employment period• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.• Keeps shop area and customer units neat and clean.• Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal; OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.• When working 5 hours or more, employee must clock out for a ½ hour lunch break.• No off-the-clock work.• Other duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager or Delivery Coordinator or Sales Manager on dutyThe requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
