Johnson RV is seeking skilled RV Technicians for our service center. The role involves diagnosing and repairing RV systems, with opportunities to recondition units for resale and support a premium customer experience.

We provide in-house training, RVTI certification paid by us, paid vacations, a bonus program, 401k with matching, and comprehensive health coverage. A driver’s license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled trades including electrical/plumbing/HVAC or hydraulics.
• Ability to diagnose and repair RV systems.
• In-house training and RVTI certification provided.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair multiple RV systems.
• Maintain and recondition pre-owned units for resale.
• Collaborate with team in a premium dealership environment.
