National General is seeking an RV Adjuster to support field operations across the Raleigh, Burlington, and Greensboro, NC areas. You will assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers, and commercial equipment to help ensure accurate and timely claim resolution.

Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party RV, Heavy Equipment, trailers, and Motorcycle material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise.

As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Base compensation offered for this role is:
Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49-$40.99/hour
Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03-$43.70/hour
Field Adjuster Sr Cons I: $35.82-$50.24/hour
And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
