Job summary

Blue Compass RV in Duncan, OK is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems on RVs. You will perform scheduled maintenance, install accessories, and ensure quality results for customers.

This role includes paid training and certifications, a structured career path, and a 5-day work week. Candidates should have 1+ year in mechanical/maintenance roles, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical/maintenance/repair experience (RV experience a plus).
• Comfort with hand/power tools and variable conditions (heat, cold, heights, noise).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must attend paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on RVs (oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, sealant inspections).
• Install RV accessories including hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture, and more.
• Track parts used and document diagnostics, cause, and repairs in work orders.
• Communicate with service advisors and managers about job status, needs, and timing.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards before returning to the customer.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Attend required paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge.
