Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking a service technician to diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances. You will perform scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and system checks to keep RVs in top condition.

The role includes installing accessories, documenting work orders, and collaborating with service advisors to ensure quality outcomes. A valid license and ability to lift loads are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical repair or technical maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on RVs including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections.
• Install RV accessories such as hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture, and more.
• Document diagnostics, causes, and repairs in work orders and communicate status with service advisors.
