Job summary

Blue Compass RV is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance systems on RVs. Training is emphasized with fully paid certifications and ongoing workshops to grow your skills.

You will perform maintenance, install RV accessories, and document diagnostics. A valid driver's license and 1+ year of mechanical/maintenance experience are required, with a 5-day work week in Eureka, MO.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical repair experience (RV experience a plus).
• Comfortable using hand/power tools and working in varying conditions (heat, cold, heights, noise).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on RVs including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections.
• Install RV accessories including hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, and furniture.
• Document diagnostics, causes, and repairs in work orders.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and managers about job status and needs.
• Ensure final product meets quality standards before returning to customer.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Attend required paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge.
