Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators and coach components. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance tasks with attention to quality and safety.

We offer pay ranges with structured growth and will sponsor certifications for eligible candidates. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but we also consider applicable work experience
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
