Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components. The role emphasizes thorough testing, documentation, and attention to safety while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and maintenance tasks, with certification in related trades preferred and RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and body repairs.
• Proven ability to service mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance problems.
• Experience or certification in relevant trades is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
