Job summary

Camping World, a leading RV retailer, seeks a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and maintenance tasks, maintaining a clean, safe work area and documenting all work for customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of service experience; a trade certification is helpful, RVIA certification is a plus but not required. Training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance is helpful.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
