Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance work with an eye for quality.

You’ll lift up to 25 lbs, bring your own tools, and work in a fast-paced shop, with pay range $22.55-$53.48 per hour and full benefits for full-time staff. RVIA certification helpful but not required; on-the-job training offered; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Maintenance is helpful.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools and be able to lift up to 25 lbs / move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
