Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking experienced RV Service Technicians to join our state-of-the-art service facility. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade advanced RVs, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality workmanship.

With 5+ years of professional RV/Automotive servicing, you will work on electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and HVAC systems, perform warranty repairs, and mentor peers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional RV/Automotive Service Technician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RV construction, systems, components, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and service documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RVs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other RV components.
• Install, repair, and upgrade RV accessories, components, and equipment.
• Obtain required work authorizations and factory approvals in collaboration with Service Department.
• Complete warranty repairs accurately per manufacturer requirements.
• Document materials, parts, labor used for each repair.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and customer walk-throughs.
