RV technicians are knowledgeable in various areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and more. If you possess skills in any of these areas, we will provide training to expand your expertise. No specific RV experience is required to start at our dealership. However, candidates must be handy, dedicated, responsible, and professional. We value honest, hardworking technicians who appreciate a good day's work for a fair day's pay.

Job Responsibilities

1. Examine and diagnose RV problems.
2. Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or RV service advisor.
3. Communicate additional service requests to the RV service advisor.
4. Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman.
5. Provide labor time estimates to the RV service advisor.
6. Monitor repair times and update the RV service advisor regularly.
7. Maintain adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
8. Complete documentation for client repairs.
9. Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees.
10. Attend company and factory training sessions.
11. Stay current with factory technical bulletins.
12. Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal).

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, or 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Operator Driver License
• State Inspection License

Compensation

Salary is based on experience and is competitive with Fortune 500 companies.
