Job Description
The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in RV repair and diagnostics. You must be self-motivated and passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance problems, with strong attention to detail. Experience in a similar work environment is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis, and testing after discussing with clients and examining RVs to determine the nature of problems.
- Present job cost estimates and parts replacement needs/suggestions.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and electronic problems, and perform necessary adjustments, repairs, or overhauls.
- Complete repairs to water and sewage plumbing, propane gas lines, and electrical wiring as needed.
- Remove damaged exterior panels and repair or replace structural frame pieces.
- Attend all meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
- Assist in educating and training new staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- RVTI certification or willingness to work towards it.
- Minimum 1-2 years of RV repair experience.
- Advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in maintenance and repairs.
- Own tools appropriate to skill level.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Provide professional references.
