We offer competitive hourly compensation, based on experience and skill set. Hourly plus bonus incentive program is available. Willing to provide a signing bonus for the right individual and skill set.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Examine and diagnose RV problems
• Discuss repairs with RV service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
• Complete story and/or documentation for repairs
• Attend company and factory training
  
  

Preferred Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Experience working in an RV Dealership environment is preferred
• Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, -Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience
• RVDA/RVIA CERTIFICATION a plus
