Bish's RV Kalispell is seeking a motivated RV Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair RVs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. You will work under seasoned technicians and a service manager in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop in Kalispell, MT.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and accurate documentation, with training opportunities and a path toward certifications within Bish's TEC program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry).
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document work completed and update service records.
• Follow safety standards and procedures with tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress and issues with the team.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on RV systems.

Description

We'relooking for a motivated and hands-on RV Technician to join our service team. In this role,you'llassistin diagnosing,maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.You'llwork under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines
• Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work,timelyservice, and a helpful attitude

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
