Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections
• Install RV accessories such as hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, and furniture
• Track parts and materials, document diagnostics, causes, and repairs in work orders
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and managers
• Ensure quality standards before returning RVs to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Attend all paid company training and stay updated on product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical repair (RV experience a plus)
• Comfort with hand/power tools and working in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with 50 lbs
• Basic hand/tools required

Preferred Certifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications
• RVTI or RVIA certification
• Experience with diagnostic software in RV maintenance
