Key Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and Repair: Inspect and troubleshoot RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring every RV is road-ready.
2. Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every RV is ready for its next adventure.
3. Collaborate with Service Team: Work with service advisors to discuss repairs, provide labor time estimates, and update on repair progress.
4. Document Repairs: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, adhering to dealership policies for transparency.
5. Ensure Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete repairs promptly and reduce customer downtime.

Requirements

1. Mechanical Aptitude: Skilled in diagnosing and repairing various systems in RVs.
2. Professionalism: Reliable, responsible, and focused on quality work.
3. Willingness to Learn: Previous RV or related experience is a plus; training is available for eager learners.
4. Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications or RVDA/RVIA certification are advantageous.
5. Experience: Prior experience in an RV dealership environment is highly desirable.
