Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team on site. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body components, with passion for mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance.

We offer certification support for non-certified applicants and welcome experience across plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and RV service domains. A safe, detail-oriented approach is required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) is helpful but not required.
• 1+ year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Possible exposure to heights and hazards with electrical/welding equipment.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Lifts of up to 50 lbs with assistance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
