Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will work directly with customers to determine needs, suggest add‑on services, and provide price estimates for installations. This role emphasizes accurate communication and effective upselling to improve the value of every visit.

You will keep customers informed on work progress and follow department procedures. A background in RV products or the camping lifestyle is preferred, along with strong organization and time

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service/repair experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and stooping may be required.

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Do

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  
  

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
