Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Sales Manager in Cleburne, TX, to lead the sales team, optimize inventory, and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, oversee quotes and trade-ins, and collaborate with F&I and other departments to close deals while maintaining compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of management experience, familiarity with Motility/DealerTrack, and strong math and communication skills. Expect a competitive salary with benefits and a 5.5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience, including management, is required.
• RV sales operations knowledge is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms Motility and DealerTrack, plus 700 Credit and Systems 2000.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google apps; strong math for commissions and discounts.
• Excellent verbal communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
• Strong conflict resolution, adaptability, and organizational judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales team operations and goal attainment.
• Coach staff, manage leads, and collaborate with other departments.
• Support quoting and deal structuring; follow up on quotes to close deals.
• Document quotes, deals, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Manage inventory, showroom displays, and trade appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete desk deals via Motility and VIN Solutions.
• Represent dealership at events and ensure professional customer service.
