Job summary

Kunes Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, explain services, and ensure a smooth vehicle care experience.

You will translate problems into work orders for technicians, keep customers informed, and uphold high CSI. Training on new products will be provided.

Qualifications

• We require excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and databases.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Basic math skills for processing bills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Driven personality eager to improve and support internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from receipt to release.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairs, and explain services.
• Translate customer problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain services performed and keep customer informed throughout service.
• Stay up to date on new products and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a service follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business.
• Ensure that automotive work meets company quality standards.
• Craft goals and objectives including budget and marketing plan for new business.
• Maintain a high CSI rating by handling customer complaints promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed
• Understand customer: Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
• Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
• Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
• Craft goals and objectives for yourself, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
• Customer transportation
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
• High school diploma or higher education
• Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
