Job summary

Camping World in Onalaska, WI is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive sales of new and used RVs. You will deliver fun, high-velocity demonstrations, close deals with management support, and build lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales experience, a willingness to earn through performance, and the licenses and basic computer skills needed to review inventory and process buyer information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields) preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money! Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
