Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Sales Representative to guide customers through the RV buying journey and help families create lifelong memories.

You will deliver expert RV knowledge, build long-term relationships, and close deals with support from our Finance team. This role offers uncapped earning potential based on performance and a team-oriented culture.

• Own the full sales process—from product selection to negotiation to closing.

• Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay sharp with product updates, inventory insights, and training.
• Follow up daily with leads through our CRM system.
• Present solution-based options that fit customer needs.
• Partner with our Finance team to coordinate lending and finalize deals.
