Alpin Haus RV in Middletown, NY is seeking an RV Sales Professional to drive sales of new and used RVs and equipment while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll build rapport, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate with Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service to close deals.

Training is provided; a hunter's mentality and strong communication are essential for success. This role offers uncapped earnings with a $60k base and potential to earn up to $200k annually through

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year retail sales experience; RV or automotive sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license, free from major infractions.
• Ability to work Saturdays and 3-5 sales event weekends per year.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport and trust with customers.
• Generate and close sales for new and used RVs and equipment.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service teams.
• Maintain contact with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay up to date on product features and industry trends.
• Learn and apply the Alpin Haus selling system.
• Participate in training seminars to improve sales skills.
• Enhance dealership reputation by addressing objections and adding value.
