Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience; RV or automotive sales preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to work Saturdays and 3-5 sales event weekends per year

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and trust with customers
• Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories
• Conduct professional, high quality demonstrations
• Liaise between customers and Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service
• Maintain contact to increase repeat/referral business
• Keep updated on manufacturers features and market trends
• Learn and apply Alpin Haus selling system and training
• Participate in company seminars to improve skills
• Position offers generous commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential
