Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role focuses on selling new and used RVs, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales with support from F&I and management.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped commissions and a potential year-end bonus for qualifying team members. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in sales, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work standing for extended

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales by coordinating with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
