Blue Compass RV East Montpelier is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and paid training in the first four weeks.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media and in person, manage your pipeline with our CRM, and build rapport to identify the best RV solutions while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to engage customers via phone, internet, and social media.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to present solutions confidently.
• Proven record of maintaining accurate deal documentation.
• Willingness to work weekends and high-energy service mindset.
