Blue Compass RV is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate in Florida to engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels. This commission-driven role rewards performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.

You will respond quickly to inbound leads, generate new business, manage your CRM-driven pipeline, and guide customers to product choices that fit their needs and budget. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications
