Job summary

Byerly RV in Eureka, MO is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our commission-based team. You will work with customers generated through our established network and participate in a structured, paid 3-week training program to learn our sales process, RV categories, and customer experience.

We offer ongoing product training, free RV rentals, and an uncapped earning potential with top performers earning $200,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record.
• Ability to drive and park recreational vehicles of all sizes.
• RV or automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying decisions.
• Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements.
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units.
• Present and sell other value-added options.
• Write deals to present to sales manager.
• Regular follow up with prospective and current clients (daily calls).
• Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals.
• Learn all RV categories (tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes).
• All other tasks as assigned.
