Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead customers through the sale of new and used RVs, provide demonstrations, and collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with potential for substantial earnings. After 30 days, you may choose to stay on the hourly plan or move to 100% commission. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience, preferably RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  
  

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
