Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while earning commissions.

This role offers a compensation range of $50,000 to $125,000 with paid training for the first four weeks. You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, build rapport, and close deals using our CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-driven sales environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and tracking leads.

Responsibilities
