Job summary

Blue Compass RV is hiring energetic Sales Associates to own the full sales cycle from initial contact to final delivery. This role offers uncapped earning potential through a commission-based structure. Training is provided during the first four weeks to ramp up quickly.

You will engage customers online, by phone, social media, and in-person, guiding them through vehicle selection and purchase decisions while delivering exceptional service and building long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with a commission-based structure
• Experience in driving sales through multiple channels (phone, online, in-person)
• Ability to manage and track leads using CRM tools
• Strong product knowledge and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
