Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process—from initial contact to delivery. You will drive customer engagement across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels in a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

You will respond to leads, generate new business, manage your CRM, and guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions, delivering an exceptional experience from first contact through post-sale.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Comfort using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently.
• Generate new business through phone outreach and social media engagement.
