Job summary

Pete’s RV Center, a family owned dealership, has been helping families enjoy the outdoors since 1952. We are hiring RV Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect RV in a fast-paced environment, with strong training and clear paths for career advancement.

This full-time role offers commission pay, a competitive monthly bonus program, and benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, 401K with company match, paid holidays and PTO. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right RV.
• Demonstrate RV features and benefits to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based role.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
