Job summary

Holiday World is seeking a Sales Associate in Texas to build relationships, help customers find their perfect RV, and guide them through the full sales process from prospecting to delivery.

We offer competitive pay with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training in a fast-growing RV lifestyle company. Weekend work and peak seasons are a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with our customers
• Listen to our customers and help find their dream RV
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Understand and implement the dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
