Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process—from first interaction to final delivery. You will guide customers through an exciting RV purchase while maximizing earnings in a commission-based environment.

The role emphasizes rapid inbound response, proactive outreach, and strong product knowledge. You will manage a pipeline with our CRM, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build long-term loyalty. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently.
