Job description

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We believe it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
  2. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
  3. Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team.
  4. Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.

What You’ll Need for the Role:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
  3. Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
  4. Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
  5. Valid driver's license.
  6. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
  7. Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure:

This position is a 100% commission-based role.

++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++

The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage plus variable compensation. In other states, you will receive a minimum hourly rate of at least $12.25 or the applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher, which offsets variable earnings.
