Job description

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available for those who qualify.

We are looking for an RV Sales Associate for our growing team. The role requires high energy and motivation to drive sales of new and used RVs. Your passion for generating sales will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, with a commission-driven pay plan.


What You’ll Do:

  1. Promote a high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs
  2. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
  3. Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team
  4. Follow up with customers, maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
  5. Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and share best practices with the team
  6. Serve as a liaison between customers and departments including retail, service, and finance
  7. Stay informed about market trends, the RV industry, and dealership inventory
  8. Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with customers, co-workers, and management


What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, real estate, or home sales
  • Strong motivation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to be bondable and secure a professional sales license
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Basic computer skills for inventory review and data entry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
  • Comfort with standing, stooping, crawling, and bending during work
