This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate plus variable compensation. In other states, you will receive at least $12.25/hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher, which offsets variable earnings.
