Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead by promoting a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs, conducting demonstrations, and presenting features to customers.

Join a team where your drive can directly influence earnings, with a base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, and an option to switch to 100% commissions after 30 days. The role includes benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
