Camping World in Lake Park, GA is hiring a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow our outdoor lifestyle business. You’ll promote new and used RVs, demonstrate features, and deliver a first-rate customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually. After 30 days you can choose to stay on base plus flat commissions or switch to 100% commission, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in sales, preferably RV/auto/powersports/real estate.
• Bondable and able to obtain professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales effectively with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
