Camping World seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate in Davenport, IA to grow the business by selling new and used RVs with a customer-first mindset.

You’ll demonstrate rigs, present features, and close deals with the support of the F&I and Sales Management teams, while following up with customers in a no-pressure, high-integrity manner to build lasting relationships and drive earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
